CSR REPORT 2025: WHEN PERFORMANCE STARTS WITH PEOPLE

At the heart of every service and every project are dedicated men and women. As we do every year, we are delighted to share the Group’s new Corporate Social Responsibility Report. This edition marks a key milestone in our Samsic Planet 2030 strategy, structured around three pillars: Environment, Social and Governance.

Through this CSR Report 2025, we share our progress, but also the challenges that still lie ahead. More than just a regulatory framework, our commitment is a reality on the ground. As a service provider, we know that our clients’ CSR transformation also depends on our own. That is why we develop solutions that combine efficiency, responsibility and measurable impact: we place people at the heart of our model and believe that sustainable performance goes hand in hand with economic performance.

A CSR approach that serves our clients

Our ambition is clear: to make our commitment ever more transparent, tangible and fully aligned with operational priorities.

Acting concretely for the environment

Reducing the environmental footprint of our activities is a key driver of transformation. We support our clients with pragmatic and innovative solutions:

  • An environmental calculator to measure and manage the impact of our services
  • An eco-responsible offering incorporating over 60 sustainable solutions
  • An Ecolabel certification process at our clients’ sites
  • Support for responsible waste management
  • The gradual electrification of our vehicle fleets

All these initiatives enable us to combine operational performance with a reduction in environmental impact.

People: driving force of our commitment

Because our business is, above all, a service-oriented one, people are at the heart of our model.

We take concrete action to promote inclusion and personal development for everyone:
Supporting young people into work: over 500 work-study students supported each year
Employment for people with disabilities, through dedicated schemes such as Sam’Aide, APAIPS, GROOM and AFASER
Reintegration into the workforce of people who are distant from the job market, in partnership with committed organisations such as Café Joyeux or Integra

We also pay particular attention to quality of life at work, notably through:

• The development of daytime working, with both social and environmental benefits
• The promotion of a culture of safety and well-being

Training for sustainable growth

By developing skills, we are investing in the future. We support our staff in raising their skills through practical initiatives such as tackling illiteracy: over 700 cleaning staff have been trained since 2014 through the ‘Mastering French in a Professional Context’ programme. This is a strong commitment that promotes employability, independence and service quality.
